Due to the limited-edition and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final for Pop-Up items.

Pop-Up items are one-of-a-kind and do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Items are sold as-is and will not be restocked.

Sale items and promotional purchases are also final sale.

Some online items fulfilled through our dropshipping partners may be eligible for return or refund in accordance with the partner’s return policy. Eligibility will be specified at the time of purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nevertwiceapparel@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and work with you to find a resolution.
